Luis had to climb into the attic and fish wire to the new themostat. Took the time to walk us through the setup of the wireless thermostat. Very professional and attentive to cleaning up after the job was completed.

Changed filters, cleared drains, checked delta t, checked electrical and wiring, inspected coils, checked pressures.
Noticed a compromised heat exchanger on this system, will have to be addressed before using the heat again. Also the fan motor is bd and Connor complete tune up. Need to order fan motor no return.
Performed QA on Amana Gas Furnace/AC system for the family/game room. Ran system in heating and cooling. Checked all programming and adjusted the cooling speed tap to F01. Set Heating stage delay to 10 minutes. Some small corrections were made to sealing the ductwork and installing the Service record. Completed checklist form in system. Installed an external Auto Reset Low Pressure Switch on the outdoor unit for the 2nd Floor System. Checked pressure switch connections with soap bubbles to make sure there were no leaks. Ran 2nd Floor system in cooling for over 20 minutes and measured refrigerant pressures. Pressures held at 131/259 in 1st Stage Cooling. Homeowner had a lot of questions about the pressure switch and how it works and the warranty. I talked to her about the repair and what the original issue was. System operating to standards at this time. No follow up is needed.
Performed QA on ClimateMaster system for the 2nd Floor. Homeowner was having issues with the thermostats not being connected to the Honeywell App. Spoke with Honeywell and had to reset the Gateway and reconnected all four thermostats. Connected all thermostats and had homeowner change on the app to make sure they were responding. Reviewed installation of the new system. Completed checklist form in system. Homeowner is going to contact David Powell to get the estimate on the additional well piping. He said all systems have been working very well so he will continue to monitor. No additional follow up is needed.

Homeowner described that during recent windstorm house lost power for 2 hours. He tried resetting breakers. Found blown 3 amp fuse at air handler control. Replaced fuse and tested system operation. Made call from heat from honeywell Prestige IAQ stat. Checked filter. Measured temperature rise. Checked electric heat amps. System is operating well at the time of this service.
